Access to case material.
Your office decides who can use the system and which materials belong in each project. Projects keep each case’s files and working conversations together.
Training and support can use demonstration material. Access to actual case files requires your office’s approval.
Encrypted backups.
TrialBuddy saves encrypted, verified backups on a drive your office owns. They include saved conversations, file history, model settings, and activity logs.
Your office chooses how long to keep records. Setup includes checking that backed-up records can be recovered.
Backups preserve included records and settings at the time of backup. The AI model files themselves are excluded.
Reviewing the work.
Saved conversations and file history give your office a record to review later. Source references help staff return to original documents and check the answers they use.
